If you could complete the following form in as much detail as possible ready for me to start organising your bridal hair journey.

Please read the following before transferring your booking fee:

. I understand that the booking fee of £75 is non refundable.
. I understand that on completion of this booking form I commit that full payment is to be made for all persons mentioned above on the wedding day.
. I understand there is a minimum booking bride + 3 adults on the wedding day. If my booking falls below this amount I will still need to pay the minimum booking amount.
. I agree to pay the cost of mine, and others bridal previews on the day of the booking via bank transfer before arriving or cash.
. I agree to pay 50% of the full wedding day costs of mine and others in my bridal party, within 2 days of my trial to keep my wedding date secure.
. I understand that if I remove persons from the booking later than 3 months before their 50% booking fee will be retained.
. I agree to pay the remaining balance for mine and others, wedding day hair via bank transfer 6 weeks before my wedding day.
. I agree that if I cancel my wedding day booking more than 6 weeks ahead then the 50% payment will be retained.
. I agree that if I cancel my booking less than 6 weeks before the wedding date then the full 100% payment will be retained.
- I agree that all images taken can be used on social media and for marketing after my wedding date. If not I will email sarahlouisebridalhair@gmail.com to opt out of this.

After submitting your booking form you will receive an email shortly including bank details to transfer your booking fee. once both booking form and payment has been received your wedding date will be successfully secured in my diary!
